This is to bring to your kind notice that, our Consignment, with State Cargo Packers and Transport Consignment Note No. 1475 was booked on 02.07.2022 for packing and moving from Jalandhar to Bangalore has been delivered in a miserable condition.
They are not packed properly, mishandled, damaged and completely broken.
The details are as follows:
1. My Tanpura is totally broken.
2. My Guitar is cracked and damaged.
3. Our Vacuum Cleaner is damaged, broken and not functioning.
4. Photo frames totally smashed.
5. Many household Items, including water filter, bulbs, crockeries destroyed, broken and damaged.
I am appalled at the level of damage and destruction of our valuable musical instruments and crockeries, which were marked fragile and were to be handled with care.
And now State Cargo Packers and Transport (invoices attached), totally deny any liability of these damages and due compensation claim to us.
The agents of State Cargo Packers and Transport, Mr. Vinod, Mobile No. [protected] and Mr. Surinder, Mobile No. [protected] / [protected] do not even taking up our calls and denies all responsibility of these damage and our legitimate claim against them.
Please find the attached photographs and documents for your perusal. I am looking for a redressal of these damages, associated harassment from the above-mentioned parties and claim a reasonable indemnity for the damages to our items, as compensation.
