Steel Authority Of India (bokaro Steel Plant) — Damaged bathroom door, Leaking pipes in bathroom and near sink

I would like to complain about the damaged door and the Leaking pipes there as well as थे sink near the toilet as it is causing a great damage and wastage of water, also it has become utterly and ridiculously hard for anyone to use the bathroom.
I would like to humbly request for speedy action upon it.
