RE: [## 170361 ##] Recovery of PST file
I made a purchase of recovery software after the sales staff suggested me to buy one on date Aug 2020. After a few trials and discussion with their staff it came to light that I was sold an incorrect software. While the staff agreed that I had been sold an incorrect software he was unwilling to pay refund through I made the refund request within 30 days of purchase as per their refund policy. They kept sending email and trying to push me to buy another software but not willing to refund or adjust the amount already paid. Due to Lockdown and COVID I was lying low on follow up for about an year and when contacted again after an year I was told the issue is over an year old hence they are unable to refund. I expected company to proactively make the refund once it was known to them within days of sale that they sold a wrong product but they kept quite. I had several discussions over phone but as they are being paid for their time, they don't care wasting my many hours of time but not showing any interest to refund even after confirming over email that they would either resolve the issue or make full refund. I want full refund of money paid.
