Dear sir/madam,
I am basically poor family, my father working in canteen, we are still residing in rented house only, now i am working in one pvt concern, based on my salary only we are running our family, my father borrowed more loan for my brother marriage, after marriage he went out from us, due to financial issued i decide to work at aboard in few years, at the time, i have received one stepwheel outsourcing person mr. Vicky contact no through my friend he got his mobile no from nakuri.com.

Based on that i contact during dec-15 mr. Vickey (Client relationship manager) behalf of step wheel outsourcing pvt ltd, he replied me on 23.12.2015 about immigration process, but never ask and explain about ielts score from me. (Mail copy attached)
And also i am seriously saying i don’t know about ielts process, because of i was take sudden decision for working at aborod.

First thing he asking for rs.3500/- for technical evaluation fees, i had paid this amount to stepwheel on 29.12.2015 and get the receipt from them on same day, bill and mail copy attached your reference, it says that (Refundable).

After technical evaluation report, they asked me for one-time fee of rs. 80, 000/- +14.5 % (Rs.91, 600/-) service tax which includes free job application service + processing fees+ filing fees + freezing of noc code + job assistance. At the time ne never said this fees not refundable. Please refer mail dated 30.12.2015

Due to financial issues, i asked for time period to making payment rs.91, 600/- to stepwheel, after few dasy i had arrange the payment from my relatives for interest and paid part payment rs.48, 000/- on 04.02.2016, receipt attached for your reference (Rs.17175/-+rs.32825/-) and i was paid balance payment rs.41, 600/- on 11.02.2016 through neft, bill attached.

I had arrange the payment rs.91, 600/- from my relatives for interest and made the payment stepwheel ltd, bill attached your reference.

After receiving the payment, they had produced legal agreement and 12 nos checklist for further process. Mail dated 20.02.2016 attached for your reference.

I have produced 95% documents to stepwheel with expenses of rs.40, 000/- (Approximately) excluding of stepwheel payment,

In that checklist they asking one requirement for original ielts score card. (Both applicant)
At least 6 band in each module (Reading, writing, speaking, listening),
Before that mints, i know that ielts process, i contact stepwheel team regarding that,
They said ielts process and i was applied for ielts test with payment of rs.11, 000/-,
After result i had taking score for 4.5 band score only, because of i was studied via mother langue (Tamil) from the basement, lake of communication skills i am not able to get 6 band score all the modules, based on my score i contact stepwheel people, they said this score not enough for us, please try to attend the test again and take the score, again i went to apply for ielts exam with payment of rs.11, 000/- after result i had get score only 5 band.

Only the ietls test i had spent rs.22, 550/- (Receipt attached your reference)

I had produce my ielts score report to stepwheel during sep-16, they said we are not able to process your application,

Before process my application, they never said about ielts score, also i don’t know the process, after receiving the payment of rs.95, 100/- they asked this things, i do not have any way, so that only i try to wrote the ielts test again, that was failed.

If they asked ielts score before process my application, i will not come and stand this situation, full and fully their mistake only, they will not guide me properly, they utilized my financial situations.

They asked one of their requirement of proof of fund rs.5, 00, 000/-for visa purpose, i get that much amount from local financier for daily interest of rs.2000/- for 10 days and i produce the bank account proof to stepwheel ltd.

I was explained my financial situation and try to get the job to them, they finally said you application got closed due to ielts score band is very low,

On that day from i lost my sleep and my dream got demolished, finally i asked for refund only amount of rs.91, 600/- without processing charges rs.3, 500/-, they said no refund as per our company norms, i was shocked, still i can not tolerate my self.

Totally i was spent of rs.1, 50, 000/- lakhs approximately for all they requested documents, they easily said no refund to me, all these amount i had borrowed from relatives with interest, still i am paying only interest rs.7000/- from jan-2016 onwards.

Just think, one common man rs.1, 50, 000/- lakhs not a small money for executive level salaried person.

My relative are already started to shouted and ask they given money to me in front of my family, now i do not have option and no way to go.

I had explained every thing to stepwheel outsourcing ltd, but they will not ready to listen my words, they will not care about me.

Without zero benefit, how its this possible to spent rs.150, 000/- lakhs.

I was mentally disappointed for various reason already (Pl over due, credit card due. Family borrowings) this are all the reason i try for job at aboard.

But they said no job and no refund for me,

One day i deicide to do suicide, because of my old age mother i did not do that.

That is also i clearly explained to stepwheel on 12.09.2016 and 20.09.2016, if you not refund my deposit amount, i can do suicide, but they will not respond, please read my mail.

But they never care about my “bio” they simply replied on 20.09.2016 my application got closed.

I read lot of news paper about consumer court service and benefited customers status.

Finally come to you, requesting you to take this matter on very seriously.

Please understand my position in customer point of view, please get and provide my money from stepwheel outsourcing ltd.

Now i am in very depression stage, i do not have enough money meet layer to attend the case.

No reply from mail and all phone's are out of service.

I am expecting favourable reply.
