Dear Sir,
This is just to bring to your kind notice in regard to my Car “Altroz” which I purchased from your Okhla showroom in 2021.
I used to service my car at your authorized Service station who too is based in Okhla, Delhi “Go Auto Pvt.Ltd.” and after various services I was never satisfied and staff there is very uncooperative and never bothered in resolving issues.
Recently, I sent my car for servicing and mentioned all the issues but none has been resolved. When I complaint in this regard Advisor told me issue is always there in said brand which cannot be resolved. I was very disappointed then visited to your another service station at Noida and after checking he said there is sign reflecting on meter display of Maintenance which means there is an some fault in the car.
Since I paid around 5000 for service of my car therefore again approached them and shared the display image and scrolled them for the negligence by their ground staff they immediately sent someone to my place and after checking found all the spark plugs in very condition and its clearly sign that same has not been checked while servicing the car and same has been replaced by him and you can clearly see how negligently handling their customer and defaming the brand name.
Since car is under warranty period and there is rust occurred in many parts of the body and complaint of same also brought to the notice of the centre but they failed to give any satisfactory respond on the same (sharing image of the same for your reference)
I humbly request to look into the matter and instruct your service centre to take immediate action in resolving all the issue at utmost priority.
