Bought a pair of Steve Madden shoes in India from their website. At the checkout they had a discount coupon, that when applied, you cannot return or replace your purchase. What I received was a pair of shoes that looked completely different from the one I ordered - the color shade, the shape, stitching, and even the sole. I tried reaching out to them with pictures for comparison, but got the worst customer support I have ever experienced and obviously no resolution. All they said was that because of the no return/exchange coupon applied, they cannot do anything. The shoes I received looked worse than what you'd get from the roadside, non-branded. Everything about this pair looks cheap and of the lowest-quality. This operation is nothing short of a fraud. SCAM ALERT! I want the shoes returned and my money back! Was this information helpful? |
