I placed my order on 31st May 2023 and they say in their shipping policy that they will ship between 24-48 hours. It has been a week, on 3rd June I got an update that the dispatch number has been created but they haven't dispatched my order. I have emailed them multiple times from 6th of June and they say they will resolve my problem as soon as possible but they do nothing, they still have not shipped my order. It still shows that it is in Lucknow as of today on 10th June 2023.
