Dear sir
Unfortunately i have transferred two times through rtgs (Internet banking) to shcil account for the purpose of buying e-stamp paper toward registration of my newly possession house.

I request shcil for reject or refund one transaction to the same account from which rtgs was made so that i can get back my money

I submitted all relevant documents towards refund of money to shcil before 26th october 2016 at shcil noida office to the center in-charge mr. Vikrant sharma [emailid:vikrant. [protected]@stockholding.com [+91-[protected]]

There is no response from schil noida team, it is almost 2 months and almost 2lakh money is with them,

This is completely different case where excess amount is transfered but not claimed by any one, as i am send lots of mail almost 20 mails communication but no response from shcil end

I have two query please suggest
1. I would like to file a consumer case against shcil for taking so long time for not refunding my money
2. I think they are misusing my hard income money
3. Who will pay the interest of the 2 month not refunding my money
4. I have lot of financial and personal loss just because of the hard core cash not with me and schil is not even processing to refund my money

With due respect, please do suggest me how to file a case and proceed with this in order to refund my money back, i want some legal suggestion, please suggest and do revert me in following mail id
