We had purchased Stone tiles their showroom. At the time of purchase, we were told that the supplied tiles will be exactly like shown in the display in showroom, However, when we received the delivery, the product was completely different. We refused to accept the delivery and called them to exchange the product but they refused saying that the difference is because of difference in stone baking temperature and soil mixture. Proof of photos sent to them at the time of delivery is available if required. However, they accepted their mistake later and said a different product was delivered and were ready to exchange or refund. Whatsapp chat proof photo attached. They stopped responding to our calls now and said that nothing can be done. No refund or exchange or compensation. Please look at the display photo and actual photo and see the difference yourself. Kindly help us to get a refund or exchange at the earliest.
