Had an horrible experience with Stonearts D, Adugodi, Bangalore. Had ordered just 2 boxes of tiles, they forced me to first pay then only i can place order. Anyways, i right away paid online in a day. Its been 2 months now, they keep committing to deliver. I have called a million times, every time i call they say "Mam i will check the status and call you back". They never call update me. They have called once or twice and committed to deliver. All is a lie there. They charge so high and keep you waiting for ever. After repeated calls they dont even pick call because they have no clue what to say, what more excuses to make. There are lot more places in Bangalore who have the same quality and dont lie, they dont cheat. Avoid Stonearts if possible. Was this information helpful? |
