I ordered a saree with stitching on 22/11/2020 in storeadda.com and there is no update from them ever since. I emailed them and I tried to contact them via phone there is no way I can contact.
We are very sorry for the delay in response.. as per update on your order, we want to inform you that we mailed you several times on your provided maid id for the requriment of size details to stitch your product but we havnt received any revert from your side so finally we refunded your full order amount and mailed you all the refund details on your reg.mail account.
