Hi,

I have placed an order # 14305 in storeadda on 2-may-2019. The product was casual wear royal blue poly cotton patiyala suit-71324h, the product worth was rs.1292 including gst (The transaction number done in bank was[protected]ebsstoreadda). The product was supposed to reach by one week and it is not delivered till now.

I have written mails to [protected]@storeadda.com and there is no response. The mobile number provided is not working (Mobile number [protected]). Please help me in this regard.

I purchased anarkali suit on 18th may 2019 by debit card to storeadda, my order id is 14412 and the amount is rs.2121 including gst till today no shipping details, phone not working, no customer service not responding to mails, return page and track order page has been disabled only payment page is working is this large number involved in fraud and the payment processing is working and the website is secured, who is responsible to all this aplnd how we will come to know which site is fraud ?many people are been cheated pl help
