Straight Hire Mart — fake job offer for doctors

I would like to bring to your notice that an agency named as "straight hire mart" offered me a job, in the month of june 2019, in switzerland as a medical doctor for cardiothoracic surgery. One ms. Garima arora always contacted me via phone and emails. For this job, i was asked to pay 40000 inr in two installments on june 24th 2019 and july 29th 2019 respectively by transfer to account holder name : aman kumar. ]
Details of aman kumar`s bank account are attached as a file below.
They have even given me a copy of certificate issued by govt. Of india,
Ministry of corporate affairs,
Registrar of companies, delhi
4th floor, ifci tower, 61, nehru place.

After looking at the certificate it seemed to me that the company is genuine and i paid the money. After the second installment, the phones of all the employees of the company are either out of coverage or switched off.
There is no way to contact them at all.
Also, please initiate a court of inquire against the mentioned govt. Of india, officer, arvind kumar bunkar, as to how he is providing fake registration certificates to the companies without checking any background. This seems to be a big fraud racket, being run hand in hand with the "ministry of corporate affairs".
Please make sure that the company and all its employees are booked for forgery case and the website is taken down and an immediate inquiry is initiated as to how they are able to obtain a govt. Of india certificate.
Please refund my rs 40, 000/- inr. As company failed to provide me the said job., and since july 31 2019, i have been constantly trying to contact them via emails, sms and telephone, but to no avail as all their numbers are either switched off, or out of coverage. Thus, i deserve to be fully refunded (40, 000 inr) as there is no lapse from my side whatsoever (As mentioned in the payment receipt). I had always abide by the demands of the agency and paid in full whenever they asked me to pay, at no point of conversation/time did i ever back out from the job offer or said "no". It was the agency that stopped responding to me, since 31st july 2019.
