Stray Dog Complaint — Complaint about stray dogs on the streets of our locality

I am a resident of the Sector-4, Karnal, Haryana and I would like to bring to your at rising menace of stray dogs in our locality.
There are many dogs in our locality but one of them is so dangerous and that dog used to bite other dogs as well.
But some of the common problems caused by that stray dog are mentioned hereunder.

Traffic accidents - he suddenly run into the road; resulting in injury to the humans, the dogs and the vehicle.
Especially, when the kids are walking or playing around the locality, they get very scared by sudden outburst from the dogs, which can be fatal at certain times.
That dog brings mass of other animals by killing them causing sanitation issues for the respective residents.
