Stray Dogs Complaint — Street dogs

I'm a resident of G-1 block, uttam nagar, New Delhi. We all are tired of street dogs...there are more than 15-20 dogs in our street and just last week 8 puppies were born so as we step out of our house, the dogs attack on us very violently. Also before this incidence these dogs don't let anyone to enter in the street...we are locked in our home..they have attacked 8-9 people so far, recently my brother was attacked so badly that he got severe serious injuries including me too..In the past also whenever a team has come to catch the dogs, , all the dogs just ran and as a matter of bitter information there are 3-4 old people in our street who love them and believes in superstitions to offer them milk..they believe that it is sacred so those dogs don't attack them only and whenever Team comes they refuse about the problem...Just because of some old group's superstitions, , , We all are suffering, no postman, no delivery boy, no relatives, not even us can enter in the street.. we have little babies and newborns also in many of our homes so it is very dangerous as these wild dogs had once attacked on a baby also.
P.s: I tried to call south Delhi municipal corporation and helpline numbers also but none of them answered.
