Street Cow Herds — street cow herds

This is to complain about street cow herds near metro pillar no.407 in Sector 7, Rohini, Delhi. Every morning from 5.30 - 7.30 or sometimes 8 am these cows gather around the pillar, which also is a zebra crossing providing for pedestrians to cross. Since this is blocked by these herds, people who do try to cross through it might be injured by the cows or will get in a accident in a rush to cross to avoid these cows. Yesterday morning there were 3 or 4 LPG trucks on the street and had to suddenly break as this herd blocked the road to cross over. It could have been a big accident as there were school buses, vans and kids on the road at that time. Suggest putting up signs so that people don't put any food there which encourages these cows to come every morning. Once they blocked one lane on each side of the road blocking the already busy road.
