Street Dog Problem — I am complaining about the menace created by street dogs in our locality

I am a resudent of 16 sector, pratapnagar. here the street dogs are creating lot of menace. they form groups and bark whole night, manier times biting passersby and people of the locality. The while environment has become unsafe for children and even for the vehicles to ply.
