Street Dogs Problems — dangerous street dogs

I would like to your attention toward dangerous street dogs issue, there are 4 to 5 dogs near to my home and they bark and hurt lots of people every time specially children, now they have became very serious problem to our society.
I hope you understand my problem and try to solve this as soon as possible.
