Street People — blocking drainage system

Dear sir,
I am writing this letter on behalf of people of my street. Actually we all are facing the problem of mosquito, insect and bed smelling just because of blocked drainage system.
Many time we call the servant who clean our drain, one month has been passed but they didn't come.
Please take an action on it as soon as possible.
