I have received the wrong product in my recent order. The item delivered does not match what I had selected and paid for. This is completely unacceptable. I already tried reaching out for support, but I have not received any response from the team, which is extremely disappointing.
I request immediate action to resolve this issue. Either send the correct product right away and arrange pickup of the incorrect item, or initiate a full refund without delay.
