Street Vendors And Hawkers — Illegal encroachment of footpath and Road by Street Vendors and Hawkers

I am Resident of Trilok Puri 27 Block near Bus Stand.
On 27 Block main road in front of delhi bal kalyan parishad street vendors and Hawkers are occupying footpaths and one lane of road which causing people to walk on main road leading to accidents and Traffic jam after every evening and MCD is not taking any actions against them.
I request you to reveal a solution to this problem as residents of 27 Block are facing problems due to them.
