Streets Dogs — Catch dogs of my area

I live in K-block of Laxmi Nagar.Dogs of this area is troubling a lot. It's is very difficult to go out in their presence at night. They continuously bark at night due to this residence of this area find very difficult to sleep at night after working the whole day. Please do something.
