I made an order with this company and they delivered me a wrong defected piece.
I ordered a black and white cord set woolen warmth wear of INR499
And today
on DATE-12/12/2025
I received a wrong defected piece which is smelling soo bad and the bottom wear they gave me looks like an 30 year old man wear which is complelty damaged stiches on it and smelling soo bad and the upper a pink dirty suit of a very healthy women.

I did the transaction in online mode and EKART made this delivery .
This streetstyle bae dont have any complaint number. IM unable to contact them .
please help me I'M a student and even a 50 rupees matter .
