Stribhava.com — product return issue -cheating in the name of return policy

I ordered a silk saree of RS 1499 but received a cheap saree from stribhava.com. I tried to reach them through mail and contact number but they are not responding. Their phone number is not working and email I'd is invalid. Even customer care service is also not working. Kindly help me get my money back. It was the worst experience with any e- company.
