I have ordered Strot silk underwear pack of 5 in size M through their ad in Facebook with COD option for Rs.999.00 on 18th July 2023. Today (24th July 2023) I have received parcel through Ekart logistics and paid Rs.999.00 to the delivery boy. When I opened the pack, I was shock by seeing 4 used old underwears of different brands with stringent smell. Immediately I have called the delivery person and he said to complaint to Ekart through the number [protected]. I have tried several times and could not connect that number. I have attached the images of the pack, 4 old garments which I have received. I could not upload the video when I took while unpacking because of the size. I you need it I will send through wetransfer. I need the new silk underwears as shown in the as and their web site or need refund of the money. Kindly do the needful.
