I am Abhinav Surroach a resident of area KG-2 Vikaspuri New Delhi, this is to make concerned authorities vigilant about the rising number of cases of dog biting in our colony. Today, I was walking down the street, in the silence and tranquility of the streets suddenly an aggressive dog came towards me and tried to jump on me leading to dog bite. There are 20-25 dogs in causing nuisance in our society and whenever people try to pass through the street these dogs used to bark on them causing fear among people. I hope the concerned authorities will take this issue seriously and work on this issue instantly.
