studying — Metro card./ last week I recharged my card. Just in one week its not even working now,

Dear Namma metro authorities,
My smart card is not working and it had balance in it. Now when i rushed to the customer care cabin, there was a lady staff, she just did something and asked me to purchase another card, i dont know!.. Is it my fault card is not working.. I paid abd purchased the card, so its Authorities responsiblity to provide me a decent service, and the lady was not even taking the responsibility to check whats wrong... If this kind of mannerless peoples work in public service firms... Sure it will be a curse for the so called authorities. Im hoping forward that there will be some action taken by the Authorities to solve the raising problems.
