StudySection — Fake online courses

I enrolled for a business management course through online mode afflicted by oxford university. Soon after i opened their website they lead me to this company website of study centre, mentioning that they work in collaboration. They are misleading students by showing the certification of oxford university. They charge 616 rupees per certificate. And after paying the whole money, they are providing a fake certificate of their company’s name. Many of my friends enrolled and lost the money. Kindly help us in this situation

As discussed with you earlier also, kindly note these points:

a. We do not claim to have any relationship with Oxford. Due to confusion at your end, you are unnecessarily creating relationship between StudySection and Oxford. You need to take help from someone to sit with you and explain to you that the Oxford website you are going to does not mention anywhere that the website is related to StudySection, and none of their course links bring you to our website.

b. You appeared for an online test on StudySection.com and passed it. Only after that you became eligible for the soft copy of the certificate. You made the payment and received the certificate as well. So this matter is closed. You cannot claim the refund for something that you have already received since there is no way for you to return it. This comes under a dispute at your end that you have already received the certificate and still you you want your money back.

c. When you register on StudySection you accept our Term and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions clearly state that once you get the certificate you cannot claim the money back.

d. We send a lot of notification emails when you register and pass a test, and also when you make a payment. None of our emails contains any reference to Oxford so you are unnecessarily getting confused between two entirely independent websites, and are connecting them. You had a lot of time and content to go through and recheck if our website is related to Oxford or not. You did not even check if we mention Oxford on our website or not. Still after getting the certificate you started to complain about our site having no relation to Oxford.

StudySection takes pride in fair dealing. Kindly close your complaint as it is baseless and you already have received the certificate for your payment, so be proud of your success. Best wishes.

Updated by Rehna Shahajan They are offering me 261 rupees cashback.If it wasn’t a baseless complaint they won’t offer this.It proves my point.I will close my complaint when I get my refund

Updated by Rehna Shahajan See this the rating of this company and how much they charge for a single test.There is an option in their website to verify the results by using the test id. I’m requesting them to kindly delete my test ID number from their database and make it invalid. So that there is no issue in refunding

Reputed companies like google, TCS etc is providing certificates for free of cost. While this company with not even one single star of rating is charging this much money for test.Note the point that it’s not even a course.It is so unfair to charge this much money for such an unreputed company. Nobody is willing to pay money for such a value less certificate. They have provided a test number to cross check the results from their site. They can delete my enrolment number from their database and refund my entire amount. Orelse I will be moving forward with my complaint. Endorsing free certificates from reputed companies, I hope it proves my point.
