[Resolved] Styched — Not received the product nor any reply to any queries

I had ordered a t-shirt from styched.com on the 27th September, 2020 and its been stuck on the ready to ship option since the 9th October. I have tried to escalate the process but it hasn't worked at all. I have also tried mailing them and calling them but I have received no reply from them. Also there was no option of cod so I have already paid the amount.

They have replied back to my email with a link to track my product and sent a picture of where the product is currently.
