Style Fiesta — Non delivery of product / already paid for

I ordered 2 items from style fiesta.com . Still havnt recieved my items ..i have already paid for them Rs 1819 on Apr 10th .my order number is 4171. Inspire of numerous attempts to get in touch they havnt given me correct tracking number or an update. Its been over two weeks now .
