Style Hunt — wrong product delivered and not responding for refund

I ordered 3 shirts online through website of style hunt and opt for cash on delivery for payment on 14.11.2019. I received confirmation mail from [protected]@stylehunt.in and i received the product on 17.11.2019 and paid cash rs.1100. When i opened the parcel, received shirts are completely different and of very cheap quality. I contacted them through email. But no response from their side. They did not display their address and phone number in the parcel and in website. From courier tracking i found that it was received from east delhi. Gst number mentioned in the parcel is also a fake one. This is completely fraud. Please take necessary action and provide me the refund amount.
