I ordered 10 dresses from Style Jaipur website, but what I received was completely different from what was shown online. The quality was extremely poor and not as advertised. Colour was faded, as though it is worn out and material was extremely thin that it would tear off when we wash. When I tried to contact them for a return or refund, they outright refused, stating that they don’t offer refunds — something that wasn’t clearly mentioned before the purchase when product is not good. Their customer service has been unresponsive and dismissive, which makes the entire process feel deceptive and unfair.
