Dear Sir/Madam,

Order #16886 confirmed
I came to know about the website https://vishtara.in from Facebook page of Fashion Studio (Please see attached pictures).

I found the clothes very attractive and I ordered 1 items worth Rs. 299. Please see attached pictures for items, order confirmation and payment details for RazorPay on 04th December 2020.

After the order is confirmed, I received an mail stating that my order is confirmed. Please see attached picture of mail.

Since then I am waiting for my order, and trying to contact them, but there's no way to reach them.

The contact number mentioned on the website is incorrect. I have sent multiple emails on the contact emails mentioned on the website, but there's no reply.

While I tried contacting styleatelier.in page on the Facebook, which is promoting this website, it blocked me, instead of giving me any reply.

Fashion Studio page on Facebook is still promoting this Fake Clothing Website very very actively, and it has fooled hundreds of customers so far, who have made the payment, but not received any further response from them.

So very clearly here is big Cyber Scam happening. Fashion Studio has created a clothing website just to attract people, and make them pay for the order upfront. They are using the name similar to a very good brand of sarees called Vistara Sarees, to dupe unsuspecting customers of their money.

Kindly look deeply into this matter, and take swift action at the earliest.
