Am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Style Jaipur for engaging in deceptive business practices. I recently purchased 2 kurta sets from their website SJ180715, but upon delivery, I found that the items were of inferior quality and did not match the description/images shown on their website. When I attempted to request a return or refund, I was informed that they do not have a refund policy, despite their misleading claims. Irrespective of my multiple mails, they are not responding, and no contact number also. Their lack of customer support and refusal to address my concerns indicate fraudulent intent. I request your intervention to take appropriate action against the company and ensure that I receive a full refund or a satisfactory resolution.
