Stylo Febric — Product not delivered

We booked a product from stylofebric.in, (email [protected]@gmail.com; [protected]@stylofebric.in) on 26th july and were told the delivery will be done on 15th july. on 17th when we contacted them we were told the product is out of stock. we emailed regarding the status of shipment and got a call from this number [protected], the person claimed he was from online customer care and had a bihari/bengali accent. he did not say which company's customer care he was from and wanted me to to go google playstore and install anydesk, he said there will be a charge of 1 inr and the amount will be credited back- he did not have any idea of the product and amount when asked and then the conversation got fouly, he got impatient, started swearing and cut the call. earlier he sent me a code and wanted to know what that was to transfer the refund amount.

I demand action to be taken against such fraudsters- the other nos that we got calls from are [protected], [protected]
