Styloshoppy — used and stained cloth received

My friend had ordered a party wear kurti from this damn company named styloshoppy. The bloody address is given as 3007, palladium mall, yogichowk, varachha, surat-395006. Upon opening the package it was so shocking to see the kind of dress material these guys have send her. It was a bloody used salwar top with stains and lints everywhere. Why do you people not take any actions on such kind of frauds??? Will you be able do something about such frauds companies who cheat people like this???
