In Dec 2012, we replied to an

advertisement in the matrimony

column of Ananda Bazar Patrika. As

the advertisement was published by

Subh Vivaah Shaadi.com (subhvivaahshaadi.com), on behalf of their paid member, we

shared our bio-data and photo to Purnima Jhajharia,
Administrator, to

proceed further. Though we were repeatedly

pushed by Purnima to take the

membership, we refused as it was

paid. We only wanted to proceed with

that particular prospect. We never

visited her office. Today I find

that they have created a profile

with my full name and those details,

decorating it with smiley and

interactive chat and photo. The user

id and password were never shared

with us. We were never informed that

they are using our photo and

details to create a profile in their website. Our photo and all vital

details can be viewed on the

internet just by putting the name.

It's absolute misuse of details. I checked that anyone can get any information they want about any of their candidates. It's an open website with no protection or security. Anyone can use our identity and fake it. It's so naked. God knows how else our details are misused.
