Dear sir,
On 21.09.2017 i had remitted twice rs 285/ towards payment of my videocon d2h. But i came yo know that the amount has not been charged as per order also the amount was not returned back to my wallet or account eventhough it was a failure transaction.
Details of transaction is mentioned below.
21.09.2017 ecom - one97 communications dlin-n671935o-000053 rs285 twice.
It's very shocking that after a long period of time the same has not been credited to my wallet.
Again i request to credit the same to my wallet.
