Subway Pimple Saudagar — Very poor and slow service during rush hour

I went to Subway at Pimple saudagar near Shivar garden chowk Pune on Sunday evening around 6.30PM. Weekends and evenings is the peak time I suppose and that too currently during ganesh festival.

I was disappointed. Already one order and too quite big was going on. The attendant at the counter was quite slow. He was not even wearing the uniform. Probably some replacement on contract. In the entire outlet there was no body other than one attendant. The non veg was completely unattended.

Then the cashier and the attendant both left the counter for almost 2 minutes. Finally I asked why the situation is so pathetic. Then the cashier made my order. Some more customers came and they were also disappointed by the long wait times.

Weekend evenings and specially during festive times are the most preferable to make profits. This is the time the supplier must make good arrangements to keep customers happy and offer prompt service.
I would have had no concerns had it been say Tuesday evening, when there would be no rush.

I hope Subway management will take my feedback seriously.
