Sudha Santhanam — Repair request for Samsun Twin cooler refrigerator

I have raised a complaint on the toll free number[protected] on 19th June 2026 requesting for repairing my Samsung Twin cooler refrigerator by furnishing the details requested. But till today no one either called up to inform the status of my complaint attendance or any message to this effect. Kindly take up the matter on urgent basis and resolve the same.
