I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sudhir Bhai Saree Wala regarding the non-delivery of an engagement lehenga despite receiving an advance payment from me.
I paid an amount of ₹10, 000 as an advance for the purchase of an engagement lehenga. Subsequently, I was informed that the selected lehenga had gone out of stock. However, despite the product being unavailable, neither has the lehenga been delivered nor has the advance amount been refunded to me.
I have made repeated attempts to contact and resolve the matter amicably, but no satisfactory resolution has been provided. The seller has failed to fulfill the order and has also failed to return the amount paid by me, causing financial loss and inconvenience.
I therefore request that immediate action be taken to:
Refund the full advance amount of ₹10, 000 without further delay
I expect a prompt resolution of this matter. If no action is taken within a reasonable period, I reserve the right to pursue the matter through the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and other appropriate legal channels.
