On 26th july I paid and ordered 30th pieces of paper bags..the lady told me it will take 15 days and I agreed because i need it urgently.. but today it's 20th of august still she is making delay and now she is saying she will try on 23rd if she is unable then she will refund.. but refund is not the matter I needed it urgently for my work and my work is stopped just because of her.. if she was unable then why didn't she tell me before and why did she take the amount from me ?? now it's too late if I order somewhere else it will take another 15 days to be delivered may be.. and that will be too late for me. kindly take some actions against these types of irresponsible business owners so that others can run their business with dignity and honesty. Even the lady is so cheap when I asked for the immediate refund she replied whatever u want u do u won't get the refund immediately. She wasted my time and hampered my business. Her name is Sudipa Ganguly and she is from Asansol I think as it is mentioned in her bank details..Sbi Asansol branch.. her calling number is [protected]. I don't have much more details about her.
