Respected sir/ma’am,
The consignment is severely damaged. It has reached dibrugarh, assam & still at your godown in your transport's custody.
The cartons in which liquid soap bottles were packed are not even there. Only 2 cartons with bottles are there, that also in pathetic condition. The bottles are of plastic & have been dented (Not salable condition)
I am giving your kanpur branch, good business. On 8th june, 2020, i sent 2 consignments through your kanpur branch to guwahati weighing approx. 5, 000kgs. Bill-t no[protected] &[protected].
This consignment i had sent to dibrugarh was not just a regular consignment. It was an emergency consignment & i preferred sending through sugam parivahan as it has a reputation of delivering in time but the dibrugarh consignment was booked at kanpur on 21/05/2020;& reached dibrugarh on 09/06/2020 that too in such a condition that the customer is disappointed & wants re-imbursement for the time & money lost as this contained liquid soap handwash which is highly in demand. After this consignment more than 5000kgs of minimum order was expected from this party. I have already lost my chance because of the state of my goods in your custody.
Kindly re-imburse the damaged stock in your custody at dibrugarh. The details of damaged goods are mentioned below-
1) goods worth - invoicers.52, 540/- (+) bill-t rs.6, 000/-= rs.58, 540
2) goods received by consignee at dibrugarh in ok condition-500ml 288 bottles amounting to rs.14, 976/- (+) 5kg 20 cans amounting to rs.6, 400/-=rs.21, 376/-
3) damaged goods 500ml 712 bottles worth rs.37, 024/-
Bill-t amount of rs.6, 000/- has been paid by consignee at dibrugarh today.
I urge you to please speed up the process of re-imbursement of rs.37, 024/- so that i can repay the same to my customer (Consignee) & request for another chance with another consignment.
I am sure you don’t want to loose a customer, the way i don’t want to loose mine because of this incident.
I urge you to take cognizance into the matter & re-imburse the damaged goods kept with your dibrugarh godown amounting to rs.37, 024/- otherwise i shall be compelled to take necessary steps under guidance of my legal representative.
