I have joined this program through online webinar, the company provide false promise to reverse diabetes, however when i request for cancellation & refund they asked me to wait for 6 months if no results they will refund how ever even after 6 months there is no significant reduction in my blood sugar level as promised not even my medicine has got reduced infact, i have added one medicine .After six month they are denying to refund saying that I have not entered the dates/ details regularly however It was informed to their coach that since I am following the same diet everyday I can update log every 15 days or 30 days however their app doesn't allow me to modify date to enter more than 2-3 days. After several requests they make u turn to cancel & refund refund. Was this information helpful? |
