I have bought suguna 1.5 Hp mono compressor motor on 4th of july at Mahendra enterprises, Saidapet.
Within 10 days the motor is not working and raised a complaint to the dealer and customer care. They asked me to get the motor to the service centre which is very far away from my location and they didn't sent any staff to check or repair the motor, even I asked them to send a staff for checking and repairing the motor they refused to do it and
I brought the motor to the service centre and they said it has a coil problem and it took 2 weeks to repair the motor. After getting the motor from the service centre. The motor has the same problem as before and not working i complained again to the service centre about the issue and they sent the service men after 3 days of complaining and the service staff told us there is a voltage problem in our site and left without telling more details. I asked the eb person to come and check the voltage the voltage is normal only. After that i called the service person and told him the voltage is normal only and he told there will be a problem with a wire and asked me to change. I changed the wire also and the motor still has a same problem
When running it heats and vibrate a lot if it runs for 10 mins the line is getting tripped.
I have spend too much of money for servicing and the service person from your side has also made me waste a lot of money for checking the voltage and changing the wiring. Because of this issue my expenses gone higher than the motor cost.
Then suguna technician came to visit the site for checking the motor. He checked the voltage before and after switching on the motor, the voltage was normal only. He said the motor is normal only after 5 mins of running the motor. The motor got too heat and vibrates the lot. The technician switchoffed the motor and disassemble it and told me the coil's plates are melted.
He said there is a problem with the motor and asked me to use a starter for safety. I told him if there is a problem with a motor u should replace the motor. He talked with the manager and told there is a voltage fluctuations in the site and that's why the motor is not working and i got blown up.
When the technician checked the voltage ot was normal only. There is a problem with the motor itself and the manager didn't accept that was the motor's problem and he wasn't responding properly to my questions and his way of responding were very bad.
They service centre is just wasting my money and time. I bought the motor before 2 months and the motor worked only for 10 days and I'm buying water for my site regularly which cost's more expensive than the motor.
The other technician that came before week to check the motor told the coil is fine and i corrected the centrifugal switch. The motor will work fine and left. But it didn't work after 5 mins o[censored]sage. I already complained to him.
Now this technician came and telling coil plates are melted.
There is no problem with the site. They are just covering up the motor's problem.
