Recently I made a purchase on www.suitslabel.com, the purchase was of product/clothing "Green Color Digital Print Salwar Suit @MRP ₹1600/-" I received the product within 6 days, When I opened the package I found the product is of Polyester instead of cotton and not worth ₹1600/-. There website says 7 days return and refund policy. But I'm unable to contact their 24*7 customer service, there is no is switched off and no reply to the mail's even. They blocked me on their Social Media sites for complaining there.
If they're not at all refunding atleast they should reply or offer a replacement, but no sign of contact from their end. I've found many other customers in their Social Media sites who had same fraud case.
