Sujatra — Product neither delivered nor refunded

First concern was raised on delaying delivery and holding back half of products. Order# 87325 was not delivered. Some products that were delivered did not fit well. Order# 87255. I was asked to return the ill fitting products. They arranged pick up, however the pick up got delayed. And later they say return window was closed. Now they have my money for 2 garments. They are neither refunding nor sending products.
Email chain has been going on since 3rd October 2023. Still no solution. Today is 31st January 2024.
