Had came across to your advertisement of saries on mobile and I booked one sari I.e. Green coloured Paithani Silk Saree with blouse amounting to Rs. 1499 on 29th March 2022. I have received SMS for order confirmation on 29th March 2022 (Order id #SKD62881) The screen shot of SMS as well as image of ordered product are attached herewith for your reference and record. On 1st April 2022, I received the courier from Blue darrt after paying Rs 1499/-. After opening the parcel I was totally shocked to see the product that I received. It's totally different than the product I had ordered. The colour, design, material quality totally mismatched as well as poor quality product. ( The immages of receipt product are enclosed herewith for your reference) I immediately wrote mail to company as per their return policy. I also mentioned the fact with images evidance on WhatsApp number also but unfortunately till date there is no response on mail as well as on WhatsApp. Was this information helpful? | |||
