Sukhdafab — Cheating costumers with displaying wrong item in their website

I ordered two saree on June 1st 2022 from sukhdafab, Blue dart delivered the item on 7th June. As soon as I completed the order online there was a link to send message to a whatsApp business account of them. Some one replied me in Hindi that the order will be delivered soon. It was a cash on delivery so I had to pay the whole amount during the time of delivery. And the delivery person said there is no option to return with them. I payed 3200 INR.
Unfortunately, both the items were different from what they displayed in their website. Even one of the items was in a different color. They shown excellent review for both items in their website and very impressive comments with the review. All these seems a big cheating. Return policy is another weird thing, that may be also another way to cheat. I have to send an email to sukhdafab.[protected]@gmail.com and then they will arrange for a courier collection and once they recieve the item, I will get a refund. My concern is, if the supplier can send a item like this to the costumer, how can I trust these people again.
