I bought a prestige non stock induction base tawa on 09-12-22, from Sulabh RCM wonder world quick Aluva. The dealer was too smart enough to make us buy the product by convincing us that dosa can be made on it, whereas it is no where mentioned on the cover of the product . We believed his health conscious talk and bought the product. They told they will send the bill online as they require a customer ID . However, when we tried making dosa at home, all our efforts went in vain . All we got was sticky burnt dosa . We went to the store to return and we saw the dealer’s different face . He was getting arrogant and argued with us and refused to provide us the bill and take the product . He is telling now that he doesn’t know us and that we are not his customers . When we told him that we have got all the call recordings, he accepted to take the product back, but we should purchase some other organic products from their store . We need a new dosa tawa, which is not there at their place .
